About SOBA.LOVE

Since 2014, we have been producing buckwheat (Japanese: SOBA) in Ha Giang Province, Vietnam.

Ha Giang Province is located in the northernmost part of Vietnam, and has a beautiful natural environment and a wonderful culture created by highland ethnic minority groups. While protecting this natural environment and culture, we are promoting agrotourism that combines buckwheat production with tourism to increase the income of the highland ethnic minority groups.

We want people in Japan to try safe and delicious buckwheat, and to visit the area to learn about the beautiful natural environment and wonderful culture of the highland ethnic minority groups. This is the challenge that SOBA.LOVE and the mountain minority groups are taking on.
